In this project Aleksandra used the beauty of the grounds at this property in Surrey to inform the function and character of the interior spaces. The dining area is a seamless connection between outdoors and indoors through thoughtful choice of material and furniture, whereas the lounge is a hideaway full of colourful accents. A painting by Alan Knight adds a beautiful feel of a hilly landscape.

The design of this nursery was informed by the fact that this will always be a nursery and therefore the colour of the walls had to be timeless and in response to views from the room into the garden. This has been achieved by using classic stripe wallpaper which beautifully frames the paintings and furniture of the room.
